Sega launched the fifth event, Make War Not Love (“Engage in war, not love” – the altered slogan of the Vietnam War), through which you can play a few popular strategies for PCs for a limited time, and win a number of gifts. All this takes place on Steam.
This annual event will last until February 19. During this time, users can download and play in Endless Space 2, Total War: Warhammer 2 and Warhammer 40 000: Dawn of War 3, and also in Company of Heroes 2.
In Make War Not Love there is also some competitive aspect: every day Sega will set a specific goal for the players, and if the total time spent in games by all participants per day exceeds the specified number of hours, the publisher will add a free package of materials directly to the players’ libraries. These can be games from Sega, DLC or simply coupon codes.
Participants need to register on the relevant site so that Sega can accurately track the hours spent in the campaign in its games. Participants must be over 18 years of age, have a valid Steam ID account and an email address. As an additional incentive, all registered immediately receive two free projects of the Sega Mega Drive era.
In addition to the main event, Sega conducts the same sale on Steam, in which you can buy any of the four mentioned games with these or those discounts: 10% for Total War: Warhammer 2, 50% for Endless Space 2, 66% for Dawn of War 3 and 75% – for Company of Heroes 2. In addition, you can save on other games publisher.
