Samsung’s new smart watch will get more memory


South Korean electronics manufacturer is working on a new smartwatch. About the upcoming Samsung novelty, interesting data has become known.

The media reported that the company is working on a smartwatch with model numbers SM-R840 / 845 and SM-R850 / 855. It is known that the gadget will be released in two sizes, but there are no exact characteristics of the device yet. According to rumors, the new items will have as much as 8 GB of flash memory. For comparison, the existing models of Galaxy Watch (pictured below) and Galaxy Watch Active 2 (top photo) have 4 GB. This means that users can install more applications on the gadget. It is not yet clear under what name the manufacturer will release a novelty – like the Galaxy Watch 2 or Watch Active 3. But it is quite possible that Samsung will open a completely new series.

According to rumors, the new device will have a 330 mAh battery. This is significantly more than the same Watch Active 2, which has a 247 mAh battery. It is reported that at the moment the production of the gadget is at an initial stage. Therefore, most likely, smartwatches will not be presented at the upcoming large Samsung event. According to experts, it is more likely that their release will take place in the second half of the year along with the announcement of the followers of the Galaxy Note 10 series.
